Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our number one concern. Any items may be returned within 30 days of the item's delivery date for an exchange or refund. After receiving the items back, we will send out your exchange or refund your original method of payment with the amount of your purchase price minus shipping charges.
To Make a Return/Exchange
To request a return for a refund or exchange, please contact us by emailing hello@stickybunny.com. We will contact you with instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Your email should include:
- Your name
- Your order number
- Items to return & reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
- If you want an exchange, please indicate which item you would like as a replacement
Do not ship any returns/exchanges back without getting an RMA number from us. Any items shipped back without an RMA number will not qualify for a return or exchange.
Please note that we are not responsible for any return/exchange shipments lost in transit.
