General

Orders are processed in 1-5 business days (weekends & holidays not included), due to the current COVID-19 situation. Shipping times are in addition to processing time. Please note that not all estimated delivery dates are guaranteed, as we unfortunately have no control over courier delays.

 

Incorrectly Submitted Addresses

Always double-check your address to be sure that your order arrives to you in a timely manner. If an order is not received due to an incorrectly submitted address, please contact us at hello@stickybunny.com. Our customer service representatives will ask for your correct address and charge you the shipping cost for a resend of your order.

Free Standard Shipping: ships via USPS First Class for all orders over $35.

USPS First Class:  estimated delivery within 3-7 business days (weekends & holidays not included).

USPS Priority Mail: estimated delivery within 1-3 business days (weekends & holidays not included)

 

International Shipping

International Customs Fees

Customers outside of the United States are responsible for paying customs fees, as well as taxes, VAT, and duties to the courier as applicable upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Taxes, VAT, Duties and Customs clearance can also cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
